30 Days easy Return & Exchange
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We cannot accept returns/refunds under the following conditions:
Damages caused by human errors
Package was stolen after it was delivered to customer’s address
Customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/ complete customs clearance
Didn't collect package by the deadline
Washed, worn, used, tag-removed, or misused items
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Favouret are not liable for shipping fee under these following conditions below:
1. Customer’s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
2. No quality issue.
The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
The customer is not required to pay the return shipping cost in the following cases.
1. The customer receives the wrong color or style because of the merchant's problem.
2. Damage to the product during transportation.
We will request you to send us a few images of the damage and we will work to get you the best solution as soon as possible!
Once you've made sure you meet all of the conditions above, follow these steps:
1. Please contact our customer service email@example.com indicating your order number/order email address, the item(s) you would like to return/exchange, the related photos and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hrs. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for full refund.
- Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 85% of product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We accept return for refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Please note that exchange will need more days than processing a new order. Since it will be quicker for you to place a new order directly, we suggest you return for refund. Please submit an email to contact our customer service for further help.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on your bank.
