What is your return policy?
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Could I get the full refund if I return the order?
We will offer full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes cannot be refunded as monetary value and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

When will I get the refund?
1. The refund will be issued within 3 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
2. It normally takes 10-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.

What is your processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing items, performing quality control, and packing for shipment.

Can I select the express company?
We usually use DHL,FedEx,USPS and EMS, if you have requirements, just email us.

What payment methods do you have? And do you accept the cash
We accept PayPal and Credit card under paypal at the moment. We don’t accept the cash on delivery.

How to cancel the order?
You can log in your account to cancel the unpaid order directly; or you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.

I don’t have the tracking number and link.
After shipping the order out, we will email you the tracking number and link. Sometime the email may go to the junk box. Please have a check. If you still not receive, you can contact our customer service.

What happens if I am not in when it arrives?
Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.

I don’t need the order.
If you don’t need the order, when it arrives, you can refuse the order or you can return the order.

The tracking information hasn‘t been updated for a long time
Thanks for your patience. As it is international shipping, the shipping will take some time to be updated when it is in transit or in the customs checking. Also it will take time to get the updated info from the shipping company. We will try our best to update that info for you.

Do you customize the size / color for me?
Sorry, you can only choose the color/size available.

Is the real color the same as the photo?
Yes, but there is a slight color variation due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings. So the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100%.

Are all items in stock?
All products are in stock. When any item runs out, we will stop selling it immediately and inform you at once.
